Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Home Remodeling Marietta website, how inquiries and referrals are handled, how to raise a concern, and our accessibility commitment. Using the site means you accept them. They do not replace the written estimate or agreement for any work performed.

Using This Site
The pages here describe home remodeling and related services in Georgia. They are general information about our services. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a promise to perform work at a particular price.
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or submit false information through the form.
Estimates and pricing
Any prices or cost ranges shown on this site are planning figures based on typical projects in Georgia. They are not quotes and they are not a price guarantee. Actual pricing depends on what we find during a site visit: access, condition, materials, permits, and the scope you approve. The written estimate you sign is what governs the work, and it replaces anything stated on this site.
No professional advice
Content on this site is not engineering, legal, insurance, or other professional advice. Every property is different and has to be seen in person. If a specialist is needed for your situation, we will tell you.
Your Responsibilities
- Give accurate contact and property information when you request an estimate
- Have the authority of the property owner to request a visit or work
- Provide safe access to the areas involved in the work
- Tell us about known hazards, prior repairs, or pending insurance claims
Contact permission
By submitting the form or calling, you agree that we may contact you at the number and email you provide about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you can opt out at any time.
How This Site Works and Referrals
homeremodelingmarietta.com is a marketing website for Home Remodeling Marietta. When you submit the estimate form or call a number on this site, your request comes to us.
Depending on the type of work, where the property is, and contractor availability, your project may be referred to an independent, qualified contractor we work with in Georgia. When a referral leads to work, we may receive compensation from that contractor.
We also use call tracking and analytics so we can tell which pages and advertising sources produce inquiries. That is measurement, not a change to what you are quoted.
What this means for you
- You will know who is coming. Ask who will perform the work and we will tell you before anyone is scheduled.
- Your written estimate is the price. Whatever arrangement exists behind the scenes, the signed estimate is what you pay.
- You are free to compare. Getting a second opinion on a home remodeling project is reasonable, and we will not push you away from doing it.
- Independent contractors are independent. They carry their own licensing, insurance, and warranty terms. Ask to see them, and read the agreement you sign with them.
Advertising and third parties
This site may appear in paid search results or other advertising. Any third party service we use to run or measure that advertising receives only what it needs to do the job. Our Privacy Policy covers what is collected and shared.
Questions about a referral
If you want to know who would handle your project, whether a referral is involved, or how to reach a contractor directly, just ask. We would rather answer the question up front than have you wonder about it later.
Disclaimer
The information on this site is meant to help people understand home remodeling and how it is done. It is general information, not an assessment of your property or project.
No two properties are the same. Age, condition, prior work, access, and what you want the result to be all change what the right approach is. Two jobs that look alike from the outside can need completely different work. Nothing on this site should be treated as a diagnosis, a professional opinion, or a recommendation for your specific property. An in-person visit is the only way to identify what is needed and the right way to do it.
Photos
Photographs on this site are illustrative. They show the kinds of conditions and work described in the text and are not presented as before and after documentation of a specific customer project.
No guaranteed outcome
Good work reduces problems and lasts, but weather, use, changes to the property, maintenance, and future work by others all affect how anything performs over time. Any warranty that applies to your project is the one written into your signed agreement.
Errors and updates
We keep this site current, but details change and mistakes happen. If you find something that looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Emergencies
If you are facing a situation that threatens safety or is causing active damage, do not wait for a website. Call emergency services if anyone is at risk, then call us at 770-282-8800.
Content, Links, and Liability
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and images on this site belong to Home Remodeling Marietta or are used with permission. You may share a link or print a page for your own use. Republishing the content elsewhere without written permission is not permitted.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do so because it may be useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Site availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." Prices, service details, and coverage areas change. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law or any warranty in a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Concerns and Complaints
Remodeling work happens at your property, and sometimes things do not go the way anyone planned. When that happens we want to hear it directly, early, and in your own words.
How to raise a concern
Call 770-282-8800 and ask for the person who handled your project. It helps if you can tell us:
- Your name, the property address, and roughly when the work or visit happened
- What was supposed to happen and what actually happened
- Photos, if the issue is something you can see
- What outcome you are looking for
You will not be penalized for complaining, and raising an issue does not affect any warranty in your agreement.
What happens next
- We acknowledge it within two business days. You will hear from a person, not an automated reply, confirming what we understood and who is handling it.
- We look into it. That can mean reviewing the estimate and project notes, talking with the contractor who performed the work, and, where needed, arranging for the work to be looked at in person.
- We give you a written response within ten business days. It explains what we found, what we will do, and the timing. If the review needs longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- We follow through and check back. After corrective work, we confirm with you that the issue is actually resolved.
If you are still not satisfied
Ask for the complaint to be escalated to the owner, who will review the file personally and respond to you.
You always keep your outside options, including your state or local consumer protection office and any licensing board that covers home remodeling. Using this process first is not a requirement, and it does not limit your rights.
We keep a record of what was raised and how it was resolved, and we review those records so the same problem does not repeat on the next project.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read this site, understand what we do, and reach us. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captions. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our reference standard. That is the benchmark most organizations work toward, and it is what we check new pages against.
Steps we have taken
- Headings are structured in order so screen readers can move through a page
- Navigation, links, buttons, and the estimate form can be operated with a keyboard
- Images carry text alternatives that describe what they show
- Text and background colors are chosen for readable contrast, including on buttons
- Text reflows and stays readable when you zoom or use a phone
- Form fields have visible labels rather than placeholder text alone
Known limitations
Some parts of the site rely on third party services, such as call tracking and form handling, and we do not control their code. Documents or maps we link to may not be fully accessible. When we find a barrier, we fix it or provide another way to get the same information.
If something does not work for you
Tell us what happened and we will help right away and fix the page. It helps if you can include:
- The page address you were on
- What you were trying to do
- The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using
We aim to respond within three business days. If a page is blocking you, we will give you the same information by phone or email in the meantime, including answering estimate questions over the phone so you never have to use the form.
You never have to use this website to work with us. Call 770-282-8800 and a person will talk through your question, schedule a visit, and read back anything you need from the site.
Changes to These Terms
